Strategic Plan

Introduction

This strategy will be for next three years. It is as a result of a strategic development process undertaken, including
Appraisal of Ballymoney Community Resource Centre’s current position
Analysis of the external environment in which BCRC operates
Making strategic choices and priorities for the future
Identifying strategic aims, objectives, outputs and outcomes

The strategic process included meetings and discussions with BCRC stakeholders. These included:
Members of Ballymoney Community Network
Management Committee of BCRC
Staff
External Agencies
Expertise of outside Advisors (Community Change) assisted in the process.

The strategy has been developed in the context of wider social, economic factors and current thinking in the field of community development.

Organisational Structure

Governance
BCRC is currently an unincorporated association and wishes to change to a Company Limited by guarantee. It is a charity recognised by the Inland Revenue.
